PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS
Reservations and Deposits
To start creating your custom tour, we require a $500 deposit, subject to our refund policy. Day trips must be paid in full at the time you make your reservation. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and Diners Club.
Balance
Your balance is due in full 90 days prior to your departure date. Non-payment will result in the loss of your deposit and cancellation of your tour.
Your Responsibility
You are responsible for choosing an itinerary appropriate for your physical abilities. You are responsible for signing and returning, by the designated due date, all requisite waivers, releases and information forms. All participants must wear a CPSC rated helmet at all times while on the bike. TWT reserves the right to refuse or withhold service to any person who, for physical or other reasons and in the sole discretion of TWT, may endanger the well-being or enjoyment of the group.
Cancellation Policy
Custom tours: If you have to cancel your custom tour with us for any reason, refunds will be applied as follows:

Day trips: Should you wish to cancel your day trip, we will refund the cost in full with at least seven days’ notice of cancellation. If you cancel your day trip within seven days of the trip date, you will not receive a refund. Please plan accordingly.
- TWT is not responsible for any expenses you incur in preparation for any cancelled trip such as non-refundable airline tickets. We highly suggest purchasing trip insurance.
- In the event TWT cancels a trip for any reason you will receive a full refund of your tour fees, which constitutes full settlement.
- TWT makes no exceptions to our cancellation policy for any reason. No refunds are made for meals, services or lodging paid for but not used.
- To change dates for any custom tour additional fees may apply.
